The Vistria Group Announces Sale of and New Partnership with Supplemental Health Care

The Vistria Group announced a strategic partnership with Apollo Impact Mission, Apollo Global’s Impact Fund, to further accelerate the growth of Supplemental Health Care, a staffing and workforce solutions management company (“the Company”). Under the arrangement, Vistria Fund IV and Apollo Impact Mission will be equal owners of the Company and The Vistria Group will liquidate its current holding made in 2015 through Vistria Fund, LP (“Fund I”).

“We are thrilled to partner with Apollo Impact Mission and continue to support Supplemental Health Care, as it continues its significant growth trajectory,” said Amy Christensen, Partner and Co-Head of Healthcare of The Vistria Group. “Over the course of our investment, Supplemental Health Care has demonstrated its commitment to connecting caregivers with communities that need them most. We are proud to continue supporting the Company in reaching additional communities and helping provide access to caregivers.”

Founded in 1984, Supplemental Health Care is one of the largest staffing and workforce solutions management companies, serving both acute and non-acute care environments.
