Prior to joining Vistria, Vlad was the Chief Financial Officer at Sovereign Properties, a real estate investment firm in New York City, focused largely on developing multifamily communities in select markets. Before Sovereign, he was an Executive Director in JP Morgan’s real estate group, where he spent ten years. He first started as a financial manager overseeing retail assets and then moved over to the fund controller team helping to oversee their flagship, open-ended fund. Vlad began his career in Ernst & Young’s real estate practice, where he worked as an auditor for five years, focusing on open-ended real estate funds.
Vlad graduated from New York University – Stern School of Business with a B.A. in Accounting and is a licensed CPA in New York.
