Prior to joining Vistria, Trenton was a Tax Manager at RSM US LLP in Chicago, where he specialized in private equity fund tax compliance. During his five-year tenure, he managed a diverse client portfolio and provided tax compliance and consulting services across a variety of private equity fund structures, including splitter/blocker structures, series funds, and SBIC funds. In addition to his client service responsibilities, Trenton played an integral role in developing and enhancing standardized processes within RSM’s private equity tax practice.
Trenton earned a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University.
