Prior to joining Vistria, Tom was a Director at Duff & Phelps, LLC where he advised private equity and hedge fund managers on valuations of illiquid and complex securities. From 2005 to 2011, Tom held a variety of positions at Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC, most recently leading Portfolio Analysis and Valuation. While at Madison Dearborn, Tom was responsible for a variety of financial responsibilities including the issuance of capital calls and distributions, management of the year-end audit process, and portfolio valuations. From 2003-2005, Tom was a Senior Auditor with Deloitte & Touche LLP, with responsibility for managing audit teams working with private equity and private real estate firms.
Tom received a B.S. from DePaul University.
