Prior to joining Vistria, Nikhil was Chief Operating Officer of Effective School Solutions, providing school-based mental health services to districts across the country.
Prior to Effective School Solutions, Nikhil was an Associate Partner in the Healthcare Private Equity practice at McKinsey & Company. There, he advised private equity investors and healthcare companies on diligences, market studies and operational transformations across behavioral health, I/DD, pharmacy, home health, and other providers serving vulnerable populations. He also helped launch the McKinsey Health Institute, an enduring not-for-profit entity committed to catalyzing impact and investments in historically underinvested areas of health.
Nikhil began his career structuring derivatives at Lehman Brothers, Nomura International and Leonteq, where he worked in Hong Kong, Zurich, and Singapore.
Nikhil received a B.A. from Yale University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
