Prior to joining Vistria, Mitchell was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at J.P. Morgan. Before J.P. Morgan, he was an Investment Banking Analyst on the Corporate Finance team of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mitchell graduated with highest honors from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with degrees in finance and accountancy. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Illinois.
