Prior to joining Vistria, Michael was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey, where he focused on growth strategy and M&A for the private equity and healthcare sectors. Previously, Michael worked on the corporate strategy team at DaVita, a leading provider of renal care. Michael received a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University and an M.B.A from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
