Prior to joining Vistria, Matt worked as a consultant on the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team at ERM, the largest global pure-play sustainability consultancy. In this role, Matt supported the leading private equity firms with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) advisory and transaction services across the investment lifecycle. Matt graduated with Distinction from the University of Michigan with a B.S. in Biopsychology, Cognition, & Neuroscience and a Minor in Sustainability.
