Katie is a Partner and Head of Debt Capital Markets for the Vistria Group. Previously, Katie was a Managing Director for Antares Capital, which was spun out of GE Capital in August 2015. At Antares, she was responsible for client relationship development, new business origination, underwriting, and portfolio management of debt investments supporting private equity-owned companies. Katie joined Antares in 2002 on the underwriting team where she focused on the structuring, underwriting, documentation and management of senior debt transactions.
Prior to joining Antares, she was a founding member of BlueStar Ventures, a Chicago-based venture capital company. She began her career at ABN AMRO Incorporated in the investment banking division specializing in mergers & acquisitions and public & private equity offerings.
Katie graduated magna cum laude from The Ohio State University with a BSBA in finance and a concentration in accounting and received her MBA from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business.
