Prior to joining Vistria, Kalpana was an Executive Assistant to the Digital Infrastructure function in the RE division to the Managing Directors of Development and Capital Markets, plus three Principals and one Vice President. Before Blue Owl Capital, she was at Home Partners of America, a privately owned and Blackstone Group Portfolio company, focused largely on single-family housing projects, serving as an Executive Assistant to four Senior Vice Presidents and as President of the Asian ERG. She has experience supporting senior leaders and business units within professional services industries, including financial services, technology, marketing, and real estate.
Kalpana graduated from DeVry University with a B.A. in Accounting. She earned her M.B.A. in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management.
