Prior to joining Vistria, Jeff served as CFO of Prometric, a leading provider of tech-enabled testing and assessment solutions, where he managed all aspects of finance, strategy & corporate development, real estate, legal and risk management. Jeff previously worked with General Atlantic and TPG Growth, providing strategic support and financial expertise to the firms’ investment teams and portfolio companies. Jeff began his career with Deloitte, where he served as a Partner in the M&A Transaction Services practice, leading deal advisory, corporate reorganization and diligence services for private equity investors and strategic clients in the US and Japan.
Jeff currently serves on the Board of Directors of Catrock Ventures, working to reach, inspire and empower the next generation of environmental, community and business leaders from underserved communities.
Jeff earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Master of Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
