Fabiola Edouard was a Director at Asland Capital Partners, where she oversaw Asset Management. Fabiola has over fifteen years of experience with a focus on the New York Tri-State, Boston, and Mid-Atlantic markets. At Asland, Fabiola was responsible for executing tailored investment strategies with continuous financial analysis, market research, oversight of operations management, and risk mitigation with the objective of maximizing value and achieving targeted financial returns for each asset. Prior to joining Asland, Fabiola was the Director of Asset Management at Jonathan Rose Companies with similar responsibilities. Prior to joining Jonathan Rose Companies, Fabiola worked at J.P. Morgan as an associate in the Financial Sponsors Group within the Asset Management Division. There, she partnered with senior advisors to manage relationships with both Private Equity Firms and Partners by advising clients on liquidity management, credit, and customized wealth management solutions. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Fabiola worked in the Finance Division at Goldman Sachs as a Senior Accounting Officer and an integral member in the activities surrounding the establishment of GS Bank USA.
Fabiola holds a B.S. in Finance and CPA Accounting from New York University, an M.B.A. with a specialty in Finance and Entrepreneurship from N.Y.U., and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from N.Y.U. Fabiola is also a Certified Public Accountant.
