Prior to joining Vistria, David was an Associate at AION Partners, a New York-based real estate private equity firm focused on value-add workforce housing investments. There, he was responsible for overseeing capital improvement programs and the execution of strategic business plans across the firm’s Northeast portfolio. David began his career at AECOM, holding various roles across cost analysis, project management, and business analytics.
David earned a Master’s in Real Estate with Distinction from Harvard University and holds a dual degree from Pratt Institute, graduating with highest honors in both a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Construction Management.
