Antione Gray

Associate, Real Estate

Prior to joining Vistria, Antione led acquisitions and portfolio operations at Source First Homes, an entrepreneurial venture focused on acquiring and repositioning distressed workforce and affordable housing across the Northeast and Southeast. Previously, he worked on the credit risk team at Morgan Stanley, where he underwrote and managed a $2.5 billion portfolio of commercial real estate loans and led a firmwide risk remediation initiative in partnership with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. During graduate school, he served as a Summer Fellow with the City of Boston Planning Department, where he authored the city’s first acquisitions manual to systematically identify underutilized assets for redevelopment into affordable housing and community-oriented projects. Antione began his career in public service, having interned at the White House during the Obama Administration and later consulting for federal agencies at Accenture Federal Services in Washington, D.C.

Born and raised in Jamaica, Queens, Antione is an active alumnus of the Oliver Scholars Program, a nonprofit that provides educational and career support for low-income students across New York City.

He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s in Real Estate from Harvard Graduate School of Design.
