Andrew Bell

Prior to joining Vistria, Andrew was the head of strategy for sustainability and impact for Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Prior to that role, Andrew was the chief of staff for the Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group, during which the team grew to over $2 billion invested annually, primarily in workforce, affordable, and mixed-income housing. Andrew also helped the team launch and manage a series of third-party capital real estate impact funds that deployed over $1 billion.
