Andréa Poldoian is a private equity investor in middle-market businesses in the Knowledge & Learning Solutions sector. She’s a Partner at Vistria, overseeing daily activities for deal evaluation and transaction execution while managing a diverse portfolio, including companies such as Edmentum, MGT Consulting, the University of Phoenix, and The Gardner School. She is a board member of Edmentum, a provider of education technology solutions; The Gardner School, an academically focused early childhood schools network; and JOHNLEONARD, a Boston-based employment agency. She previously served on the board of MSI Information Services. Andréa is also a member of PEWIN (Private Equity Women Investor Network)—Chicago chapter.
Before joining Vistria, Andréa was a Vice President at Winona Capital, providing acquisition and growth capital to consumer-driven brands. She also worked as an Associate at Kinsale Capital Partners and an Analyst at Harris Williams, a middle-market investment bank.
Andréa holds a B.S. in Finance and Management, with a concentration in Psychology, from the A.B. Freeman Business School at Tulane University. She also earned her M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
