Alex Ivanovic is a Principal on the Real Estate Team. He is Head of Construction & Physical Risk. Prior to joining Vistria, Alex was a Vice President of Real Estate Construction Development and Risk Management at Goldman Sachs where he managed a multi-billion-dollar, diverse portfolio of large-scale projects throughout the United States, ranging from multi-million-dollar commercial interior workspace conversions, green infrastructure, to very complex ground-up developments. Alex is a licensed Professional Engineer with LEED certification.
Prior to joining Goldman, Alex was in a project management role overseeing a wide variety of large-scale construction developments across the country, either as an owner’s representative or as a construction consultant for many developers, real estate investors, and financial institutions.
