Prior to joining Vistria, Mr. Mirza was a Vice President with Avista Capital Partners, where he focused on investments in the healthcare sector. Prior to Avista, Mr. Mirza was a Senior Associate at Odyssey Investment Partners, and started his career as an Analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Lincoln International.
Mr. Mirza received a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College and an M.B.A. from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
