Prior to joining Vistria, Deepti was a senior member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ (RRA) Corporate Officers Sector and Human Resources Practice where she completed numerous Chief People (HR) Officers and top management search assignments for leading public companies and private equity-backed portfolio companies, as well as partnered with them to evolve their executive teams, hire direct reports, assess executive leadership teams or improve their succession planning.
Earlier, Deepti led the talent, learning and development functions for American Savings Bank (ASB) in Honolulu. Before this, she was a consultant at the Chicago and New York offices of Towers Watson, a leading advisory, broking and solutions firm. At Towers, Deepti specialized in helping clients increase organizational performance by maximizing investment in people linked to business strategy. She has extensive experience in culture, HR and talent strategy, people analytics, executive compensation and total rewards strategy, succession planning, leadership development, DEI, well-being and engagement.
