Prior to joining Vistria, Mary was Director and Head of Human Resources at Madison Dearborn Partners. At MDP, Mary was part of the leadership team and was responsible for talent acquisition, talent development and design and execution of the firm’s human capital related strategy. Prior to MDP, Mary began her career as an Associate in the International Tax group of Deloitte’s Chicago office where she focused on clients in the financial services sector. Mary is a registered member of the Illinois Bar Association. She is currently on the Advisory Board of Faircourt Partners as well as the leadership team for the Private Equity Human Resources Network. Mary was an inaugural member of the Steering Committee of the Chicago Financial Services Pipeline Initiative.
Mary received a B.S. from DePaul University and a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
