Prior to joining Vistria, Andrea was a Vice President at Winona Capital, where she provided acquisition and growth capital to consumer-driven brands. Before joining Winona Capital, she was an Associate at Kinsale Capital Partners and an Analyst at middle-market investment bank, Harris Williams.
Andrea is currently a Principal on the Knowledge & Learning Team where she leads daily activities for deal evaluation, transaction execution, and portfolio company management. Portfolio company responsibilities include Edmentum, MSI Information Services, University of Phoenix, and Vanta Education.
Andrea received a B.S. in Finance and Management, with a concentration in Psychology, from the A.B. Freeman Business School at Tulane University. She earned her M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
