Prior to joining Vistria, James was an Asset Manager at Jonathan Rose Companies, a vertically-integrated owner and developer of affordable housing across the United States. There, he optimized portfolio returns and operations, driving long-term asset value through financial analysis and risk mitigation. He worked closely with cross-functional teams, property managers, and investors to execute investment strategies and complete complex transactions.
Before Jonathan Rose Companies, James gained experience in commercial and multifamily real estate, including property and portfolio analysis, acquisition underwriting, and financial reporting.
James holds a B.S. in Accounting from Drexel University, an M.B.A. from New York University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
