Prior to joining Vistria, Ruby Shi was an Associate on the Multifamily Asset Management team at Brookfield, where she gained extensive experience analyzing investments in core, core+, and development projects. Before Brookfield, Ruby was a Senior Analyst at Aegon, specializing in value-add workforce housing investments. She began her career in accounting and financial analysis roles within the real estate sector.
Ruby graduated from Baruch College with a B.B.A. in Accounting and an M.S. in Real Estate.
