Before joining The Vistria Group, Mary served as an Administrative and Events Assistant at New Harbor Capital, where she honed her organizational and event management skills.
Prior to joining New Harbor Capital, Mary’s career began in law enforcement with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, where she not only served as a police officer but also took on the roles of police academy instructor and community liaison officer. Her experience in law enforcement equipped her with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, which she now applies in her current position.
Mary is passionate about fostering connections and creating impactful relationships that drive engagement and collaboration.
Mary received her B.S. in Criminal Justice Studies from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
