Prior to joining Vistria, Stephen was a Vice President at Golub Capital in New York, where he was responsible for underwriting and managing debt investments supporting private equity-owned companies. Stephen focused on debt investments across a variety of sectors, including consumer, industrials, financial services, and business services.
Prior to joining Golub, Stephen was an Associate at Genstar Capital, where he focused on equity investments across the healthcare, software, and financial service sectors. Stephen began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Consumer Group at Robert W. Baird.
Stephen received a B.S.B.A in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business.
